The same God who provided a ram for Abraham to sacrifice, gave baby Moses a home in the palace of Pharoah and caused Esther to find favor in the eyes of King Ahasuerus so she could save her people from genocide, is the God we serve today. We believe, even though we have not seen, because we have testimony and Truth. We have the history of God’s faithfulness throughout Scripture so we know we can trust Him. We know the One we cling to has been faithful in all His promises and all His ways. Every example of His love for us was perfected when He sent His Son, Jesus, for our redemption. He conquered sin and death and has promised to return for us- the greatest promise of all.

Dear Lord,

Our foundation of faith is strong because You have given us Your Word. We know how graciously You have dealt with Your people from the time of creation. We cherish the blessing of Your love every day of our lives. Thank You for the gift of salvation through Jesus, our Savior. We hold on to the promise of His return for us because You are faithful.

I love You, Lord.
