The heavens declare the glory of God,

and the sky above proclaims his handiwork. 

Day to day pours out speech, 

and night to night reveals knowledge.    Psalm 19:1-2 ESV

Have you ever heard the phrase “you find what you are looking for”?  I would love to say that I am constantly on the lookout for God’s goodness and glory.  Unfortunately, many light and momentary troubles distract me from focusing on the more important things.  God is always displaying His glory, so today I can choose to look for it as a treasure.  Would you join me in this endeavor?  Let’s see what God reveals to us today.

Heavenly Father,

Your creation is a testimony to Your goodness and glory.  Open my eyes to see Your beauty and mystery as I go about my day.  Help me to see the good in others whom You created in Your image.  May my heart be in awe of You and my lips praise You today.
