The Lord of all creation has promised fatherhood to us as Christ followers, and we can trust His Word; we can count on His loving care. Nothing He asks us to do can harm us; everything He asks us to do will bless us. He knows our every need, our joys and our sorrows, our best and our worst days. None of the things we have held on to for security can deliver. But the Lord Almighty? Trust Him completely, for He is completely trustworthy.

Dear Lord,

I am overwhelmed by the security of knowing You as my Heavenly Father. There is no one like You. Thank You for loving me and providing everything I need. Belonging to You is the most important thing in my life.

I love You, Lord.
