Happy New Year!   Many people take this time to reflect over areas of in their lives in need of change, and form resolutions for the new year. This is a good time to consider ways to develop your relationship with our Savior in 2025. 

• Count your blessings fro the past year.
• Deepen your relationship with God by prioritizing daily time with Him.
• Build closer relationships with people God has placed in your life.
• Cling to the hope you have in Jesus Christ.
• Remember why you were created – to glorify God.
• Trust that God has plans to prosper you and not to harm you.
• Remember that God is always working in your life.
• Look to God for hope, joy, and peace in 2025.

The following prayer is an excerpt from one written by Reverend Bill Graham in 2008.

Our Father and our God, 

As we stand at the beginning of this new year, we confess our need of Your presence and Your guidance as we face the future. We each have our hopes and expectations for the year that is ahead of us—but You alone know what it holds for us, and only You can give us the strength and the wisdom we will need to meet its challenges. So, help us to humbly put our hands into Your hand, and to trust You and to seek Your will for our lives during this coming year.

 Our Father, we thank You for the promise and hope of the new year, and we look forward to it with expectancy and faith. 

We love you Lord, Amen.
