Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love. John 15:9 (NAS)

These may be the most life-changing words ever spoken. Jesus loves you and me as much as the Father loves Him! In truth, we can’t fathom the depth of such love, but we know in part. We know His love for us is without beginning or end. He loved us before the earth was formed or time began, and His love will endure for all eternity. God’s love is also unchanging. Neither your greatest accomplishments nor your worst offenses can alter His love for you. God’s love is based entirely on His character, not your performance. And the love of God is immeasurable; nothing else even compares. This same profound, endless love is the Savior’s love for you and me. Jesus’ love surpasses understanding – it is ours by grace alone.

Dear Lord Jesus,

The more I come to know You, the more I am speechless with gratitude for Your love. Thank You for Your mercy and grace. Thank You for leading me deeper in understanding. Please help me to live a life that reflects Your goodness and love. You are the One I want to please.
