They said to Him, “We have here only five loaves and two fish.” And He said, “Bring them here to Me.” Matthew 14: 17-18 (NAS)
As Jesus ministered to an enormous crowd of people, the time drew late, and He told His disciples to feed them all. Though they had witnessed His power many times, their response was to say they didn’t have enough. Jesus’ simple, perfect answer echoes to this day.
Your purpose in life was planned for you by God Himself. Your strength comes from His endless power. Even if you feel your talents and abilities are inadequate, He calls you to bring them to Him. All resources, both spiritual and human, belong to Him. He has given you all you need, and He will multiply all that you offer Him.
Dear Lord,
I often feel inadequate, but I know You have gifted me for Your purpose(s). I believe You can take what I bring to You, and multiply it more than I can imagine. I choose to honor You, Lord; I offer You all that I am and trust You to use it for Your glory.
I love You, Lord.
Amen
