The LORD is good to all, and His mercies are over all His works.  Psalm 145:9 (NAS)

There are many ways to describe the Lord, and at the heart of them all, He is good. In all His works, in all His ways, and in His will toward us, He is good. When we allow His goodness to take root in our hearts, it grows, and we become more like Him. He loves us profoundly so we will love; He has forgiven us so we will forgive; He blesses us so we will bless others. 

How can you demonstrate God’s goodness today?

Dear Lord,

 I thank You and praise You for Your goodness to me. You are a kind and loving Father, and I am so grateful to be Your child. Open my eyes to see opportunities to share Your goodness with others, and help me to live each day in a way that honors You.
