Do you know the Lord as your Good Shepherd? He gives us boundaries so we don’t wander into danger. He walks ahead of us to protect us from evil we don’t even see. The Lord also holds His children close in His arms. He loves and carries us in ways we can never fully comprehend. How He protects and cares for His sheep! How blessed we are to have such a loving Shepherd!

Dear Lord,   

Thank You for being my Good Shepherd. Help me to rest in Your arms. Draw me closer to You. Lord, help me to recognize Your boundaries and abide within them. When I start to wander away, bring me back to Your safety. Please carry me close to Your heart.
