For You created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well. Ps 139:13-14 (NIV) 

Have you ever thought that you were “fearfully and wonderfully made?” Is it difficult to comprehend that?  We are not clumps of cells randomly put together. God carefully created us. God knows and cares for us even before conception. He created everyone to be born with value and a purpose. We can’t take it for granted that everyone understands this. If the world valued life as God does, there would be no abortion.  

Let’s pray for women who feel their pregnancy is a hopeless situation and pray for the Pregnancy Resource Centers that are helping these moms (and dads) every day. Ask the Lord how you can make a difference for even one life.

Dear Lord,  

Help me to remember the value of all lives. Remind me to pray for unborn babies who are in jeopardy. Help me not to pass judgement on moms in difficult situations, but to show them the way to You, Lord. I pray for hearts that will come to know You, and for the unborn babies to be saved. Help me to be your vessel in supporting life.
