In the morning, O Lord, Thou wilt hear my voice;

In the morning I will order my prayer to Thee and eagerly watch.  Psalm 5:3 NAS

Every morning is a new opportunity to experience God’s loving presence. When we lift our hearts and our voices in praise, we draw closer to Him, and worship Him before the distractions of the day begin. We know He hears our prayers, and we can look forward in joyful expectancy to see what He will do.

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for the assurance that when I pray, You listen. You are a gracious and loving Father, and You care about the things that matter to me. Remind me to watch expectantly to see how You are at work in every situation, and help me always stay close to You.
