Thou wilt make known to me the path of life; In Thy presence is fulness of joy; In Thy right hand there are pleasures forever.  Psalm 16:11 NAS

The psalmist rejoices in the presence of the Lord and reminds us to do the same. The world can easily wear us down and seem to defeat us, but He has overcome the world. God Himself will guide us and keep us; we need only to stay attentive to Him. Our joy is rooted in the eternal presence of the Lord our God.

Dear Lord,

It’s so easy to feel encumbered and overwhelmed by the world around me and the demands on my time and attention. But Your Spirit renews me. Your blessings abound in my life. I have no fear of being defeated because You are ever present, ever faithful to guide me and walk my path with me.
