Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6 (ESV)

Do you ever feel that you try to seek earthly answers before taking your concerns to God? By putting God first in all that you do, you will find yourself filled with his Spirit, ready with answers you need to live your life. What can you do today to put God first?

Prayer:

Dear Lord,

Thank You for bearing my sins and my punishment when you went to the cross. Thank You, that through your blood, I can know and experience peace through God. You are worthy of all praise, honor and glory. Forgive me for allowing anything other than You to be first in my life. Let me live my life for your Glory, filled with your Spirit, seeking you first today and every day.
